  1. Combine ¾ cup Hidden Valley® Roasted Onion Parmesan Dressing, 1 Tbsp.
  2. prepared horseradish & 1 tsp.
  3. Italian seasoning.
  4. Coat 8 cups of multicolored, diced, vegetables (such as carrots, fennel, bell peppers, red onion, fingerling or new potatoes, tomatoes) with ¼ cup dressing mixture.
  5. Meanwhile, combine 4 cups each baby spinach and torn romaine lettuce in large salad bowl.
  6. Toss in roasted vegetables and remaining ½ cup dressing mixture.
