3-Step Arm Workout From Cameron Diaz’s Trainer
Is it just me, or do Cameron Diaz's arms look better than ever? The Summer heat has allowed the actress to show off her toned arms while promoting My Sister's Keeper, and those sleeveless sheaths are nothing but complementary. Cameron's trainer, Teddy Bass, kindly shared a few tips on how to work your muscles to tone up for tank top season. Free weights are the only equipment you'll need.
Reverse Flies: Bass recommends doing 15-20 reps of reverse flies, which will strengthen and tone your upper back and shoulders. Learn how to do this exercise correctly for maximum efficiency and injury prevention.
Tricep Kickbacks: While I prefer to work my triceps by doing tricep dips and tricep presses, Bass likes tricep kickbacks for back of the arm definition. He recommends doing 10 reps per arm; be sure to learn the steps for proper execution of this exercise before getting started.
Tricep Curls: To complete the three-step arm workout, Bass recommends doing 15-20 reps of bicep curls. Peruse all of my tips for getting those biceps to pop.
