4 Late-Night Snacks that Keep You Slim

1. Baby carrots with nonfat Greek yogurt: Add garlic salt and pepper for a flavor boost.

2. Skinny vanilla milkshake: Add 1 scoop vanilla-flavored protein powder (try high-quality whey protein brand Unjury) to 1 cup skim milk, then blend with ice.

3. Pistachios: For 100 calories you can have about 30 nuts, and they have far less salt than most processed snacks.

4. Chocolate-covered banana slices: Melt a square of dark chocolate in the microwave for about 20 seconds, then dip in banana slices. It's antioxidant- and fiber-rich.
