Who doesn't love Easter candy? There is no reason you have to avoid it altogether if you are trying to lose weight (or avoid a sugar coma). Don't break the calorie bank with these five Easter treats under 200 calories:

Tip: if you find yourself ready to empty out the entire basket in one sitting, try switching gears with your taste buds by eating a lightly salted real Easter (hard boiled) egg - at only 70 calories each they are a good source of protein and may help you avoid a sugar binge.
