Drink Up
It's a myth that guzzling lots of water makes you bloated. In fact, not hydrating often enough causes you to retain water underneath the skin's surface, giving you a puffy look. For the next 72 hours, cut out diuretics like caffeine and alcohol and sip six to eight glasses of H2O a day. Not only will you appear slimmer, you'll seem more toned, because your body will create a reserve of water below your muscles, pressing them out and adding definition.

Be Strategic With Accessories
- Slip on wedges instead of flip-flops. They'll optically slenderize and stretch your gams.

- Wear a drop necklace to bring people's focus to your cleavage.

- Pick the most flattering coverup for your shape: a short caftan if you have sexy legs, a racerback T-dress to look thinner, a slip dress to show off your bust, jean shorts if you were blessed with a cute booty.

Break Up With Carbs
We love pasta too, but it's only for a few days, and it makes a huge difference-if your body can't rely on carbohydrates for energy, that's when it will start to burn fat. Instead, stick to lean protein (poultry, fish, legumes, and eggs) and veggies. You'll probably feel hungrier, so eat five to six mini-meals a day. And since fruit contains high levels of sugar, limit yourself to just one or two pieces at most, prior to 2 p.m. so your body has enough time to fully digest it.

Strut Like a Model
Stand tall, hold your head high, and consciously think about the way your body moves as you stride through the sand. If you're self-aware of your walk, you'll naturally be more graceful.

Get a Perky Butt
Put your forearms on the back of a chair, and rest your forehead down on it. Bend both knees slightly, and place a stability ball or rolled towel behind your right knee. Slim Your Thighs
Start in a squat with the chair a couple of feet to your left, with your hands in prayer position. Hinge your hips back and your torso forwards from the hips. Extend your arms overhead so that your ears are in line with your biceps. Pulse your arms, making small up and down movements. Do 20-30 pulses. (Click here for more thigh workouts.)

Flatten Your Tummy
Start in a side plank position with your left hand directly underneath your left shoulder, hips facing forward. Bend your right leg and hold, focusing on drawing your inner thighs together. Hold for 30-60 seconds on each side. (Click here for more ab workouts.)

Buy a Sexier Bikini
Look for these styles when you're swimsuit shopping.

Ruching : Gathered fabric expands and contracts to mold to your body shape, eliminating any bumps or bulges.

Hip-kini: Bikini bottoms that sit below your hipbones make your butt and thighs look smaller.

Colorblocking: Use colorblocking to downplay spots that aren't as toned as you'd like. If you love your boobs but aren't crazy about your thighs, wear an attention-grabbing top (think neon, sparkly, or embellished) paired with a basic black or white bottom.
