Get ready for veganism to take the number-one spot on the Billboard Top 40 Diet Chart (just kidding, that doesn't exist): Jay Z and Beyoncé are embarking on a quest to eat a plant-based diet from now until Christmas. Jay posted a manifesto entitled "22 Days Challenge" on his personal blog, saying that the trendsetting couple would be going vegan as part of a challenge from a friend. Guess that means no more "checking cheddar like a food inspector."

This dietary decision got Hova thinking about a greater connection to instilling a new habit timed to his 44th birthday. "So you can call it a spiritual and physical cleanse," he writes, and then jokes "Any professional vegans out there have any great food spots please help out! Please ha." And when one of the most powerful businessmen in the country asks for suggestions, fans deliver. Consider this a formal invitation to join us for a delicious, veggie-centric meal at Angelica Kitchen, Bey and Jay. And if we can't make that meal happen, best of luck on your plant-based pursuit.
