Say you want to lose 15 pounds. According to a new report, it could make your body slimmer, but it could also make you look older. Wait, could losing the final 10 pounds of baby weight make me look like I've aged? Let's talk about this...
According to this article in the Daily Mail, losing weight can make people look like they've aged. They point to a recent study that looked at more than 200 sets of identical twins. Those with higher BMIs looked younger than those who were more svelte. (Important note: There are all kinds of factors that make this study a bit subjective. What makes someone look young to me, might make someone look old to you.)
Still, it's an interesting statement isn't it? Do you think that more fat on the face = a younger looking person?
While we're on the subject, want to learn how to be naturally slim?
