Eggnog Light:

Calorie-Free Peppermint Mocha: T
raditional versions of this bevie are packed with excess sugar, but, I'm going to make your day by telling you that a delicious calorie-free peppermint "mocha" is possible--thanks to chocolate pu-reh tea, a blend of black pu-reh tea leaves and cocoa powder, which gives it a deep, rich chocolatey flavor. (I like Numi Tea's.) Add one of these chocolate pu-reh tea bags to a cup of hot water along with one peppermint tea bag and let steep. The result is a just-as-flavorful, guilt-free version of this holiday classic. If you miss the creamy texture, add a splash (or two, or three) of skim milk.
