Eat THESE Protein Pancakes for Dinner?

by QuickieChick Laurel House.

I LOVE pancakes. But I honestly infrequently eat them because of the carbs. Which is why I am so beyond thrilled by these protein-packed pumpkin pancakes that aren't just insanely tasty, belly-filling and emotionally-fulfilling, but they are Bites with Benefits! Here's how…

PUMPKIN:

Immune Boosting- It's the beta carotene, an antioxidant that helps boost the immune system
Natural Glow and Tan- Again, the beta carotene brings out skin's natural glow, and even makes you appear more tan!
Combats Post-Exercise Muscle Pain- An alkaline food, pumpkin helps reduce lactic acid build-up in your muscles, making it so that those post-exercise aches and pains go away faster.
And it's just 30 calories per cup
