It's been said a million times: "If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all." During a month when the concept of luck is so prevalent, here's a Feng Shui way to give bad luck the boot so you can attract great fortune your way -- and wash all the other stuff down the drain (literally!).

If you believe you're experiencing a spate of lousy luck, try the Feng Shui remedy suggesting that a saltwater bath is your best bet to turn things around. Salt is a powerful antiseptic, as it not only kills bacteria and germs, but can remove negative energies at the same time.

Simply stir two cups of natural rock salt (alternately, you can use that same amount of Epsom salts) into a bath, then soak in the tub as the water washes over every inch of your body, head to toe. As you bathe, close your eyes and visualize a spot of bright white light in the center of your forehead; relax as you watch that light slowly press any and all dark energies down through the soles of your feet, out of your body, and right down the drain.

Soak for at least twenty minutes. Once done, be sure to pour a little fresh lemon juice down the drain to clear any residual negative energies.

Remember: If you want to get lucky, this is one powerful -- and cleansing -- way to do exactly that!

It's getting to be that time of year again. You know the one, right? Yes, it's turning into the season when allergies to pollen and mold spores -- a condition more commonly known as "hay fever" -- intensify.

But this year, you can get ahead of these pesky allergies by building up immunity to them before they become a problem. How? A few months before allergy season kicks into gear, begin taking bee pollen. If you don't have local access to a beekeeper, you can still find bee pollen at most health food stores.

Start slowly to ensure you don't have an allergy to the bee pollen itself; take two or three of the small granules on your first day. If no adverse reaction occurs, continue to add three granules a day as you gradually work your way up to taking half a teaspoon daily.

According to holistic health principles, bee pollen is one of Mother Nature's most perfect remedies -- and it could perfectly protect you against this spring's allergy onslaught!
