In New York City, you never let 'em see you sweat. ...unless you're getting an amazeballs workout, that is, and it's for a good cause. This weekend the most dope fitness studios in Manhattan (with the help of British workout wear company Sweaty Betty) join forces for Sweaty Saturday to support Partnership For A Healthier America. If you're a New Yorker, or lucky enough to be in or near the Big Apple tomorrow, come out to burn cals and torch fat with the best. Plus, all the proceeds will go toward national programs to fight childhood obesity. We can't wait to see this awesome idea catch on in other major cities.

Until then, we've got exclusive tips from some of the trainers from participating Sweaty Saturday studios -- the same places that hotties such as Sofia Vergara, Gwyneth Paltrow and team Kardashian drop in.

HOW TO PICK YOUR PERFECT WORKOUT

Sadie Kurzban, 305 Fitness, a dance-based cardio class that makes you feel like you're at a bachelorette party

"Find something you love! The workout that is going to burn the most calories is the one you are going to stick to consistently over time. It's not about killing yourself. It's not about about doing something unrealistic. If that means walking every morning for 30 minutes, do that."

THINK OF THIS BEFORE EVERY MOVE
Daury Dross, Fhitting Room, a high-intensity boot camp that has you use kettlebells, ab mats, rowers, TRX--you name it.

"I always remind my clients and students to use good posture. You need that to prevent injury. For example, if you're going into a squat and rounding your shoulders it means your curving your spine and your back is taking the pressure. Keep your chest up, shoulders back."

ALWAYS HAVE A GAME PLAN
Erica Giovinazzo, Brick New York, you'll walk the streets humming The Commodores "That lady's stacked, and that's a fact!" after this load of CrossFit training

"Create a mental road map to get through your workout. Keep the intensity high, but pace yourself. If you are doing shorter intervals plan on going all-out and sprinting through your moves. If you are doing a move for a longer period of time then take it slower so you don't burn out right away so you can keep going."

DON'T MAKE BEING FIT & HEALTHY SO HARD
Lauren Imparato, I.AM.YOU. Studio, yoga that comes in like a wrecking ball and then builds you up like a skyscraper--equal parts punk and pop, chimes and Oms

"People strive way too hard to keep balance. That adds a level of stress. If you want to have a piece of pizza, have a piece of pizza. If you want to go out until 1AM, go out until 1AM. But make simple adjustments; maybe go for a salad the next day and relax on the weekend."

JUST ADD MUSIC
Brandon Goodman,
FlyBarre, exactly how it sounds....a dancer's barre workout that makes you fly

"Getting psyched for and during a workout is all about the music. When I'm doing abs I want something with a hard beat. For arms I want something dancey. My go-to right now: remixes of 'Drunk In Love' and 'Happy' by Pharrell. I just need to wear that Vivienne Westwood hat in class!"
