Say Goodbye to Summer with These Tasty Labor Day Themed Cocktails

Salute the end of summer and welcome the beginning of a crisp fall with any of these easy cocktails.

Can you believe that summer's almost over! Labor Day is just a few scant days from now. We're kinda sad to see summer go (except for the heat), we're also glad to see fall and cute sweater coming up.

With that in mind, we've found tasty cocktail recipes to say bye-bye to one season and hello to another.

Labor Day Lounger

Ingredients:

4 ounces Jalapeño-Infused Camarena Silver Tequila*

3 ounces Fresh-Squeezed Blood Orange Juice

1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice

2 ounces Orange Liqueur

Orange Peel for Garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine jalapeño-infused Camarena Silver Tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice and Cointreau. Fill with ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

*Jalapeño-Infused Camarena Silver Tequila

To make jalapeño infusion, slice up a fresh jalapeño pepper and allow it to steep in 1 cup of Camarena Silver Tequila for 2 hours. Taste to check the heat level, and continue to steep if a stronger infusion is desired. Once infusing process is complete, remove the slices by pouring the mixture through a mess strainer.

Sunny September Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 ½ ounces rum

Juice of half a small lime

5 mint leaves

2 ounces CASCAL Bright Citrus Soft Drink

Directions:

Tear up the mint and throw into bottom of a mixing glass. Add rum and lime juice and shake hard with ice.

Pour in CASCAL and stir gently. Strain into Cocktail glass and garnish with a lime twist or lemongrass stalk if available.

Lingering Labor Day

Ingredients:

2 ounces Brugal Extra Dry Rum

1 ounce Lime Juice

3/4 ounce. Simple Syrup

6 Watermelon Chunks

1 Thai Chili

Directions:

Muddle Watermelon and Chili, add remaining ingredients. Shake and fine strain over fresh ice, garnish with Watermelon.

Deep Blue Sea Martini

Ingredients:

2 ounces Blue Ice Vodka

3/4 ounce Sweet & Sour

1/2 ounce Blue Curacao

1/2 ounce Pineapple Juice

Pineapple for Garnish

Cherry for Garnish

Directions:

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.

Jalisco Sweet Heat

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces Camarena Silver Tequila

4 Large Pieces Watermelon (1" x 1 1/2")

1 tablespoon Hot Pepper Jelly

1/2 ounce Lemon Juice

Watermelon Slice for Garnish

Directions:

Muddle watermelon, jelly and lemon juice in mixing glass. Add tequila and ice. Shake vigorously to completely blend mixture. Double strain into large rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a watermelon slice.

Strawberry Acai Daquirtea

Ingredients:

4 ounces Lipton Strawberry Açai Tea & Honey

½ ounce Pineapple Juice

1 ounce Bacardi Gold

Splash Grenadine

Strawberry

Glass: Collins

Directions:

Combine and shake all ingredients, strain into an iced Collins glass and garnish with a Strawberry.

Ginger Crush

Ingredients:

2 ounces Camarena Silver Tequila

1/2 ounce Lemon Juice

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

2 coins of Ginger

6 Mint Leaves

2 ounce Ginger Beer

Directions:

Muddle mint, ginger and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add tequila, lemon juice and ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with mint leaves.

Blackberry Pom Marga-TEA-Ta

4 ounces Lipton Blackberry Pomegranate Tea & Honey

Ingredients:

8 Blackberries

1 ounce Tanteo Jalepeno Tequila

Proseco

Glass: Margarita

Directions:

Combine and shake tea, blackberries and tequila, strain into a margarita glass, top with proseco and garnish with blackberry skewer

SVEDKA's Colada Breeze

1 1/2 ounces SVEDKA Colada

2 ounces pineapple juice

1/2 ounce mango juice

1/2 ounce Midori

1/4 ounce lime juice

Directions:

Combine all, shake, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
