There's generally no worse feeling then getting mail from the bank (unless maybe you're Bill Gates). If you're like me you probably have shoeboxes filled with unopen mail from the bank cluttering your closet, just waiting to be opened in the unlikely case of an emergency audit. In all seriousness I despise all banks for numerous reasons, the bulk of which pertaining to their elusive service hours. For some reason most banks get to sneak in a work day of 10-4pm, possibly to spite people who work a normal 9-5pm job. Recently I discovered the joys of online/phone banking and all my negative feelings for banking have disappeared, perhaps permanently!

The best part of online banking is you can better organize yourself by setting up all of your mail to appear online only. This way you won't waste paper*, energy and you won't have to worry about misplacing old records! The best part of doing your banking from home is its 24 hours and you'll never have to wait in line- maybe you'll be put on hold, but you won't be restricted to waiting in an angry line for an endless amount of time! You'll also get better service because both you and the representative won't feel rushed or impatient. I suggest everyone save time, paper and sanity and sign up for online banking ASAP!
