Looks like the guest teacher on FOX's Glee, Gwyneth Paltrow, is taking a few hints from the new movie Bad Teacher and channeling her inner naughtiness. Gwyneth poses mostly nude for the calendar supplement in Vanity Fair's Emma Stone / August issue, which hit newsstands today.

In case you're wondering how the mom of two's in such photo-perfect shape, The Telegraphreports the 39-year-old's dietary routine from last year when she was preparing for Iron Man 2: Goopy's breakfast menu contained "Think Thin" bars or a "Clean Shake" to prepare for a 90-minute butt-kicking workout with kale juice (a kind of "grassy lemonade") as a reward. For afternoon and dinner delights, Gwyneth snacked on almonds and sipped organic fermented tea before diving into Anderson's turkey kale soup, which is "super-low calorie."

Yum!

But now that Gwyneth's in great shape after that routine, she can relax. "Oh, I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I'm here it's so great because I don't have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief that is," she told Vogue last month. "I can eat what I want as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word 'diet' into my brain, I immediately gain a stone."

A "stone", for us American plebeians, is the Brit way of saying "14 pounds" -- something we're pretty sure Gwyneth is in no danger of gaining, ever.
