I don't want to freak y'all out, but bikini season is pretty much just around the corner. So it's a good thing The Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince is here to provide some of his hard-body wisdom, just in time. Dolvett's top five tips for getting the summer bod of your dreams:

1. Stay hydrated so you won't feel bloated. Drinking plenty of water is a great way to flush out your system and lean down.

2. Tone those legs with squats, lunges, and curtsies. Happy booty, happy bikini!

3. Don't be afraid of lifting weights. Try adding them in every ten minutes during your cardio routine. This fusion gives you a sexy lean body!

4. Eat raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries! Berries are high in fiber. Here come the "Fs": Fiber fights fat and gives you a flat stomach! That says it all.

5. If you're on vacation, wake up every morning with a yoga routine or a run. Early morning workouts energize you, and give you that toned, lean feeling to take with you all day!
