Do you eat kale? The hardy leafy green that doesn't seem very sexy turns out to be one of the most fabulous foods on the planet. Here are five reasons why you should learn to love it!

Why kale?

1. It's in the broccoli and cabbage family, and is absolutely loaded with cancer-fighting phytonutrients.

It tastes great sauteed in a little olive oil and fresh lemon juice--with a sprinkling of sea salt.

My favorite kind is called dinosaur kale--it's really stiff and wrinkly and has a mild flavor. Love it!
