The Egg Mug Classic

Entire recipe: 125 calories, 1.5g fat, 547mg sodium, 3.5g carbs, 0g fiber, 2.5g sugars, 20g protein

We make this breakfast all the time, and we're betting you will too. Just heat it and eat it -- no cookware to clean!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original)
1 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese

Directions:
In a large microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray, microwave egg substitute for 1 1/2 minutes.

Mix in cheese wedge, breaking it into pieces. Microwave for 1 minute, or until set. Stir and enjoy!

Ingredients:
One 12-oz. bag (4 cups) broccoli cole slaw
1/2 cup low-fat sesame ginger dressing (like Newman's Own Lite Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing)

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the slaw and dressing. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 15 minutes. Dig in!

Yogurt-Marinated Grilled Chicken

1/2 of recipe: 204 calories, 2g fat, 134mg sodium, 2g carbs, 0g fiber, 2g sugars, 39g protein

The yogurt makes the chicken SO tender and flavorful... a perfect match!

Ingredients:
12 oz. raw boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt

Directions:
Place chicken in a medium bowl, top with yogurt, and stir to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning. (You'll need two.)

Thread chicken onto skewers, packing the pieces together tightly. Spray a grill or a grill pan lightly with nonstick spray, and bring it to medium-high heat.

Grill for 10 - 12 minutes, covered, carefully flipping about halfway through cook time. Eat up!

Onion Goodness Burgers

A packet of seasoning takes these turkey burgers to a whole new level. So easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. raw lean ground turkey
One 1-oz. packet dry onion soup/dip seasoning mix

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine turkey with onion soup/dip mix. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Evenly and firmly form the mixture into 5 patties.

Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place the burgers in the pan, working in batches as needed. Cover and cook for about 6 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!

Yum Yum Brownie Muffins

1/12th of recipe (1 muffin): 181 calories, 3.5g fat, 357mg sodium, 37g carbs, 2g fiber, 20g sugars, 2g protein

Are they brownies or muffins? Um... who cares?! They're AMAZING...

Ingredients:
One 18.25-oz. box moist-style devil's food cake mix
One 15-oz. can pure pumpkin (like the kind by Libby's)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with foil baking cups, or spray it with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix with pumpkin until completely smooth and uniform. (Batter will be thick, but don't add anything else!)

Evenly distribute batter into the cups of the muffin pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
