Is Victoria's Secret New Cover Girl Candice Swanepoel Too Thin?
Victoria's Secret models are world renowned for their bodacious bodies, curves, and sex appeal, but the super-thin Candice Swanepoel have many wondering if the company has picked someone simply too thin this time.
The 22-year-old Swanepoel posed with other Vicki models, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima, in Hollywood this week as Victoria's Secret launched its 2011 swimwear collection. But the pictures of Swanepoel's twig-thin legs and non-existent stomach are causing some talk. Some have noticed that the blonde beauty - who is becoming one of the most popular Victoria's Secret models and is on the cover of the Swim 2011 catalogue - is significantly thinner than she was in pictures from earlier this year.
So has the company that has boasted beautiful, more curvy supermodels such as Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell gone too far in making such a thin model it's new star?
