Jessica Simpson's Post Baby Slim Down Diet

She's 10 pounds away from her goal weight, post baby, and here is exactly what Jessica Simpson is eating to help her get there...

Jessica Simpson before her slim downJessica Simpson before her slim downBaby Maxwell is 4 months old, and her mama, Jessica Simpson, has taken a healthy approach to weight loss. No size zero in six weeks for this star! She recently shared her typical daily diet, overseen by Weight Watchers:

7 a.m. After feeding Maxwell, she enjoys half a Flatout flatbread sandwich with egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar.

9-10 a.m. After a morning workout, she has a snack of berries, bananas, melon or grapefruit.

1 p.m. "I make lunch my biggest meal to keep me full through the day," she says, noting that she loves spinach salads with 4 ounces of chicken satay and a pear. (Also, keep these 5 weight-loss friendly foods in your freezer!)

2 p.m. After a stroller walk with baby, Jessica enjoys a berry smoothie.

6:30 p.m. Jessica loves fish, so she usually enjoys 4 ounces of halibut or tilapia with roasted vegetables.
Later, she has a Skinny Cow chocolate truffle bar for dessert.
