P.A.M. Juice

Notes

Try adding a small amount of mint to start, and taste the juice before adding more. This pungent flavor has the ability to overpower others, so a small amount goes a long way.

Ingredients

2 green apples
1/3 of one pineapple
Pinch of mint to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse and dice the apple into quarters, and juice into a large cup.

  2. Chop up the pineapple and juice the pieces intermittently with the mint so that there is more juice to push the mint flavor through. Garnish with mint or sliced apple.

Makes one serving.

  • Sweet Greens Juice: Now that you're getting used to your juicer, it's time to add a few more nutrients into the mix. This sweet greens juice recipe, inspired by the Evolution bottled cold-pressed juice sold at some Starbucks locations, has a little bit of everything: celery, lettuce, cucumbers, and apple, among other produce. If you want to make it sweeter, decrease the amount of celery used.
