Miranda Kerr is the spokesperson for Reebok's new Skyscape Runaround shoe, which was inspired by bras (yes, bras. I'll explain). Molded foam bras, specifically, were the inspiration for the shoe, which was designed to cushion and support feet for all sorts of daily activity. We'll get into that, but first--heeeeere's Miranda.

The shoe is for active women who are constantly running around. In fact, it's meant to be so comfy, that you might even forget to take it off at the end of the day. Here's a closer look:

I met up with Miranda to check out the shoes and hear about how she stays active. When I asked if she gets much sleep, she laughed, but she had plenty to share in the way of workout tips--including the exact moves she loves for toning her booty (which you'll see plenty of in the commercial above).

"Even when I'm at work, if I'm in-between takes waiting for the photographer to set up the shot, I'll be like, OK I'll do a few squats. I'll do a few lunges or whatever it is, because every little bit helps," Kerr said.

In addition to mini workouts, "I do pilates at least 3-4 times a week," Kerr told me. But don't expect to hear about her running a marathon anytime soon. "The only cardio that I really enjoy doing is... walking." I hear you, girl. Now, for that butt workout I promised you...

"I like to focus on the butt when I'm going to the beach. Butt and core. A lot of bridges--so you're lying down, and you bridge up, and then you do one-leg bridges. Do, like, 5 sets of 8 bridges on each leg [Editor's Note: one foot on the ground, knee bent, the other leg straight up pointed at the ceiling]. You do that every day... it really makes a difference. You notice the butt starts lifting and you're like, wow. You can put the legs together and do another 5 sets of 8." Um, starting this immediately.

In terms of her diet, here's something you might not know: "I studied nutrition at [The Institute for] Integrative Nutrition here in New York, and also I studied in Australia as well. So i'm very passionate about the mind/body connection and I think it's important not to deprive yourself. If you feel like something then you should have it. Obviously, everything in moderation," she said.

Her best diet tip: prepare yourself with healthy snacks. "I like to take almonds with me wherever I go. Goji berries, green apples, I have my smoothie... always lots of water and berries."

The thing about Miranda Kerr that you notice when you're sitting 2 inches away from her face is that she's one of the most youthful people. Ever. She shared two potential secrets with me regarding that: "I like to meditate. Even if I get 5 or 10 minutes. A lot of people, they just chat chat chat. I go inward. I feel that that helps rebalance me and refocus." And here's the cutest tip of all: "Dancing around the house. It's fun. I just put something on and dance and be free. My son loves it as well."
