Walking into the stadium in Athens for my first Olympics in 2004. All I remember is being blinded by the camera flashes. It was a little overwhelming-I was 18. It took my breath away.

I'm loving Unbroken, by Laura Hillenbrand. It's about a bombardier, Louis Zamperini, who crashed in the ocean and was stranded for weeks before ending up in a Japanese prison camp during World War II. He was also an Olympic runner.
