No matter how good our intentions to take care of our bodies, relax our brains, even make time for lunch away from the computer, it's so easy to get caught up in deadlines, schedules, and things that really, truly matter very little.

Add to that news about recalls, studies about chemicals that cause cancer, articles on whether you are debilitating yourself or your children with not enough sleep or too much sugar, and we can spin and stress and spiral out of control.
