Heading to Buffalo Wild Wings (A.K.A. "B-Dubs") to catch a game, and don't wanna forfeit your diet? Fear not! There are low-cal options on their menu -- you just need to go in with the right strategy. And we're here to coach you.

First let's talk sauce, since almost everything at BWW comes with a condiment. These small side sauces range from 40 calories to a whopping 320, so you've gotta shop smart. Stick to Sweet BBQ, Mild, Medium, Spicy Garlic, Hot, Hot BBQ or Wild sauces. Dodge the Blue Cheese, Ranch, and Southwestern Ranch.

As for food, there's no shame in the Naked Chicken Tenders. Order four and add a skinny sauce we suggested for just 225 calories. On the side you can still have a Veggie Boat of carrots, celery, and light ranch dressing for 110 calories, or split regular fries or Buffalo Chips with a friend for about 140. But heads up! The side salad has more saturated fat than an order of fries. If you get it, order the cheese, bacon, and croutons on the side, and use a light dressing.

The Roasted Garlic Mushrooms work best for a team. If four of you share them it's less than 100 calories per person. And again -- beware the sauce! It can lob 320 more calories on your plate. Ask for a low-fat dressing or, heck, just eat 'em plain.

As for Grilled Chicken Buffalitos: This delish dish scores less than 400 calories. Have them hold the sour cream and add more lettuce to cut the fat content and up your veggie score. And share an order of Chips & Salsa with friends. It's just 125 calories for a quarter of an order.

And about those Wings: If you can't deny yourself "B-Dubs" signature dish, set your limit at 5 wings and stick to the skinny side of the sauce options.
