Love granola, but don't love the additives of less expensive granola or the cost of the high quality stuff? Why not make your own? It's not as hard as you think! And when using your own ingredients (and imagination) the sky's the limit. Grab your mixing bowl and go, well, nuts!

Possible Combinations:
1. Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Cranberry-Nut Granola:
1 cup of dried cranberries, 1 cup of crushed peanuts, 1 cup of Enjoy Life Foods dairy-free dark chocolate chips, 1 tsp. sea salt, 3 cups of Bakery on Main gluten-free oats.
2. Cinnamon, Almond, and Raisin Coco-nola: 1 cup of almonds, 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 cup of coconut flakes, 1 cup of Earthbound Farm organic raisins, 1 tsp. sea salt, 3 cups of gluten-free oats
3. Cocoa-Covered Pistachio and Cherry Granola: 1 cup of pistachios, 1 cup of dried cherries, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 tsp. sea salt, 3 cups of gluten-free oats
4. Sweet Seed Crunch-nola: 1/2 cup of Barlean's organic ground flax seeds, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp. sea salt, 3 cups of gluten-free oats.
5. Golden Sun Granola: 1/2 cup of pine nuts, 1 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup golden raisins, 1 tsp. sea salt, 3 cups of gluten-free oats.

Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all desired ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, tossing once for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; add the dried fruit and chocolate chips; toss to combine. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Store in a sealed container for up to 1 week. Serves 6.
