Whoa, mama: A year after giving birth to baby Lorenzo, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi reached a whole new stratosphere of hot momhood when she showed off her svelte figure (and plunging neckline!) at last weekend's MTV Video Music Awards.

Now training with Anthony Michael of Florham Park Fitness, the MTV reality star is reaping the rewards of all her hard work -- and folks are taking notice. "Everyone always says how 'skinny' i am," she says. "[Though] I'd rather people say "you look fit!"

One of her most transformative body parts? Her toned arms. "I've never really had upper body strength, and now that I do, I can't get enough of it," she admits. "I love my pushups, even if i feel like I'm going to die!" And Polizzi's got one that bust any pushup boredom, her Renegade Row Pushups. In addition to carving serious biceps and triceps, it wins bonus points as a total-body toner, too.

THE MOVE: Renegade Row Pushups
Works: Core, Back, Biceps, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

With a set of 3-7.5 lb dumbbells in hand, get into plank position, with only toes and dumbbells touching the ground, as if you are in pushup position, keeping your body perfectly straight. Shift weight to one side and then row the opposite arm, driving the elbow back as far back as possible. Lower dumbbell to the floor and repeat with the opposite arm. Then do 2 pushups. Repeat exercise from beginning to complete a full rep.
