Stressed? Then this post is a must-click. Try this very-easy and quick tip to send your anxiety packing and reclaim your cool from Madonna's yoga guy ...

Madonna has been looking very zen lately. I wonder if she's been taking advice from her yoga trainer (who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow), Eddie Stern, (who also developed the non-profit organization Bent on Learning that's bringing yoga to underfunded NYC schools--so cool! A benefit for the organization is being held on April 28. Check out more on that here.).

The technique for unwinding fast?

Relax your face, says Stern!

"Most of us do not know when we are feeling stress until it is too late," he says. "And a lot of that stress is held in our face. However, all of the muscles in the face are connected to the rest of our body, and if we can relax the face, everything relaxes with it. After stretching your shoulders, and warming your eyes; try this: sit up straight, close your eyes. Mentally feel each part of your face (you can do this by mentally scanning, or naming, each part). Say to yourself, 'lower jaw, upper jaw, nose, cheek bones, eyes, eye sockets, temples, forehead, scalp, ears, and behind the ears.' Let your awareness rest on each place for a moment, and see what happens. If you do this slowly, you can find that pent-up tension automatically releases just by virtue of bringing attention to your present state. Try it and see what happens. Sometimes, you have to try it twice!"

Love this tip!

Have you ever tried relaxing your face? Now that I think about it, I do hold a lot of tension in my face.

P.S. Naked yoga: Would you dare? And, this yoga move is said to increase your libido--try it and see for yourself! Plus, would you ever do yoga with your dog? Funny, right? Well, it's a trend that some love, and it's called "doga!"
