The Bizarre Bracelet Kate Middleton Wears to Boost Her Health--Does It Work?

According to reports, Prince William's adorable fiance Kate Middleton wears a special bracelet that she believes boosts her health and fitness. Hmmm--does it work?
They're called "Power Balance" bracelets, which use a so-called hologram to work with your body's "natural energy fields" to improve fitness and energy levels, and Kate Middleton has reportedly been spotted wearing one (hey, if I was soon to have the Queen Mum as a grandmother-in-law, I might resort to crazy stress-less tricks, too).
But do they work? Sorry, gals, health experts say no. In fact, authorities in Australia are after the bracelet makers to change their health claims, which they say are misleading. (And am I the only one who thinks they're sort of hideous looking too?)
