The 10 riskiest foods
Have you noticed how outbreaks linked to contaminated foods seem to be popping up more lately? Now, a new report lists the 10 riskiest foods regulated by the FDA. The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) says leafy greens, eggs, and tuna top the list of foods linked to more than 1,500 separate outbreaks from 1990-2006 that made nearly 50,000 people sick. Just a little exercise boosts body image
It doesn't take much. New research shows just a little exercise can help you feel better about yourself. Results show regular exercise boosts your body image, but the duration, intensity, length or type of exercise doesn't matter. So, get moving! You'll feel good physically and mentally.

Fewer schools selling junk foods
Pleas to get junk food out of schools may be paying off. New research from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finds fewer schools are selling snacks and drinks like candy and soda. The report shows high schools and middle schools that sold sugary or salty snacks dropped on average from 54 percent to 36 percent from 2006 to 2008. Those that sold soda and artificial fruit drinks decreased from 62 percent to 37 percent.
