Ewww! Airline food could make you sick

Here's a good reason to pack your own food when you fly. The FDA finds most of the meals major airlines serve passengers are made in unsanitary conditions. Okay, ladies - it's time to recalculate what your peak heart rate should be when you exercise. Apparently, the old formula - 220 minus your age - is based on studies done on men. A large study from Northwestern Medicine finds a new formula is more accurate for women - it's 206 minus 88 percent of your age. This calculates a lower peak heart rate than before. Researchers say the new numbers will also help doctors more accurately predict the results of a stress test. I wonder how this will affect the settings on my heart rate monitor.
