User Post: How do you do "healthy" on a budget?

I'm always reading Shine posts about healthy eating, diets, cleanses, etc. and I would love to start eating that way. My problem is that all of these tips and recipes would result in me having to toss nearly every food item in my kitchen!!

Also, many of the tips or plans include foods that I just don't like and/or would put a not-so-healthy hole in my bank account.

HELP! Are there any resources and/or plans out there that offer more variety in the types of food and that won't put me into bankruptcy? How can I make a healthy transition to this lifestlye choice?
