Not wearing sunscreen: "I wish somebody had told me to start using sunscreen when I was younger 'cause I grew up in the '70s... and at that time, I used to coat my body with baby oil . I think it's so important that we learn to be as careful as we possibly can and not only for beauty, but for skincare ."

Making my life too convenient: "I didn't realize it until my sister pointed it out to me, but I'd do things like put a garbage can in every room in my house so I didn't have to walk too far, have a vacuum on each floor of the house, park as close to the building as I could, take the elevator even up two flights of stairs just because the kids love it, use riding lawn mowers, etc."
