Whether you're in need of breakfast, lunch or dinner -- especially when there's nothing else open -- Denny's always seems to be a common pick. But, the food isn't so healthy. (Grand Slam Platter, we're looking at you.) Thankfully, the nationwide fast food-meets-diner joint (that's open 24/7) now has a Fit Fare menu that offers tasty but healthy options full of produce and proteins. Get a quality food fix anytime with one of my top picks.

Fit Fare Veggie Skillet (pictured above): Breakfast, for whatever reason, is just as good for lunch and dinner, don't you think? The Fit Fare skillet appeals to both our breakfast and health-loving selves, featuring roasted potatoes, peppers and onions, mushrooms and broccoli, all topped with two egg whites scrambled with spinach and tomatoes. That's a LOT of veggies, right?! Using a ton of produce is a great way to bulk up your plate without adding cals and fat. This vegetarian-friendly dish has just 330 calories and nine grams of fat, in addition to providing nine grams of filling fiber.
