Yoga + Hip Hop = Reese Witherspoon's new fave workout

Maybe you think that yoga is all hippie and granola-y. Not so says Reese Witherspoon, who's crazy about a new variety of yoga developed by LA trainer Matthew Reyes.

It's called "YogaHop," and by the name you can pretty much be certain there will be no new age music playing in the background. According to the official YogaHop Web site, it's "high-energy and fun," featuring "music of the hip-hop, rock and pop worlds jamming out of booming speakers, headset-microphoned teachers and all the energy of a dance party. The result is an East meets West yoga style that's athletically fulfilling and spiritually soothing."

Would you dare try naked yoga?

I've always had a, kind of random, aspiration to take hip-hop dance classes (don't ask). So, this new spin on yoga sounds like fun to me!

While YogaHop seems to be only offered at a studio in Santa Monica (imagine taking a class with Reese--man, it's good that I don't live in So-Cal, I'd be one of those crazy people obsessed with celeb-sightings), you might look for spin offs in gyms near you.
