Turn your legs out to 45° and place both your feet far apart. You need to have weights in hands for this posture. Bend your knees and exhale and raise arms overhead pulling them from the sides. Lower the weights and breathe in while standing up and straightening your legs. Repeat 10 times for as you begin and gradually increase reps as you continue.
