Your Tastiest, Healthiest Homemade Frittata (Fast!)

One of my favorite weeknight meals is frittata. The possibilities with a frittata are endless and it's one of the most nutritious and filling meals I know how to create! Here are instructions how to make a ham, spinach, mushroom and shallot version!

The ingredients:

-6 eggs
-2/3 cup shredded cheese, dived into two
-Large bag of baby spinach
-8 ounces of baby bello mushrooms, sliced thin
-3-4 large shallots, sliced thin
-1/3 pound low sodium ham, cubed
-Salt
-Pepper
-Olive Oil
-Nonstick round baking dish
