ZOE MOON'S MARCH MONTHLY HOROSCOPE FORECAST
March opens with a NEW MOON in Pisces on the 1st. This is our call to tune into our spiritual journey, to rest and daydream, to follow our muse, let our imagination shine, further our artistic projects, find time for romantic interludes, heal, work out hospital matters, deal with addictions or bad habits, research, and develop projects. We have 2 powerful weeks to take the lead and move into these themes more strongly, to launch new interests here or take current interests to the next level.
On the same day, March 1st, Mars Retrogrades in Libra. The Retrograde occurs on the 27th degree and Mars will spend the next 80 days Retrograding back to the 9th degree of Libra by May 19th. That gives each of us quite the do-over when it comes to our actions, anger, passions, and motivations regarding partners, agents, attorneys, specialists, clients, competitors, advocates, or opponents. It is important to retrace steps, go back and deal with what you did or still need to do. Expect others to connect with you as well.
On March 2nd, Saturn Retrogrades on the 23rd degree of Scorpio. This Retrograde will take us all the way back to 16 degrees of Scorpio by July 20th. That gives us all over 4 and a half months to slow down, retrace commitments, endings, structures, ambitions, authorities, and goals we have over financial situations, mortality issues, births, reproductive needs, sexual interests or issues, divorce, power, control, or third party situations. We are meant to be mastering new abilities in these realms, we are being tested over these themes so that new mastery may occur, now we get to slow down and go back and tend to any loose ends one way or the other. I do think it's important to put this in some perspective. Saturn began these tests back in October 2012. That was the first time we'd had Saturn in Scorpio since 1982. Since October 2012 we've all been working on these Scorpio themes. Now, at this Retrograde we are being asked to really take these themes seriously and deal with anything that could still be unfinished and could hang us up if we didn't get it tackled. Once Saturn goes Direct in July we will move past the opportunity to do so. Once we get to December 23rd, Saturn will exit Scorpio and move into Sagittarius. We will have one last dip back into Scorpio in 2015 between June and July, but it will only touch on the 29th and 28th degree of Scorpio, so again, it makes this Retrograde period exceptionally important. Make certain that your loans, debt, inheritance, bankruptcy, insurance, taxes, alimony, child support, investments, settlements, commissions, divorce, sexual interests or issues, reproductive needs, or issues involving mortality, birth, control, or third parties, is tackled now.
Venus exits Capricorn and moves into Aquarius on the 5th. In Aquarius she is quirky, unpredictable, freedom-loving, social, exciting, shocking, and in need of fresh stimulus or something different. This means that women will be feeling this new placement rather radically, that our love needs will come out of serious Capricorn flow and start shaking things up in Aquarius, and that our income situation will also be eager for more input and change. It is a good time to seek or express love or draw income through friends, group activities, the internet, astrology, charities, causes, social networking, parties, gatherings, original ideas, new approaches, or inventions. Venus will tour Aquarius until April 5th, enjoy!
Jupiter Retrograded on the 20th degree of Cancer last November. On March 6th Jupiter is going to go Direct on the 10th degree of Cancer. From today until July 16th Jupiter will move forward through the rest of the sign of Cancer covering the 10th-29th degrees. On July 16th Jupiter will move into Leo and it will take until June 2025 before Jupiter comes back to Cancer again. Therefore, we are urged to do what we can now to move forward with any expansion, legal needs, beliefs, educational pursuits, travel or foreign interests, marketing or media ideas, weddings, or political agendas regarding our home, real estate, family, moves, renovations, parents, or roommates. What is it that you want here that could bring more happiness, prosperity or growth? If something happens to you rather than you initiating it, know that Jupiter is protective and wants these better things for you so you may want to trust the process and seek new abodes or security or different dynamics with the family or roommates.
The FULL MOON on the 16th is in Virgo. This is our time of the year when we see our work situation hit a high point, when jobs come through, end or are celebrated, when our paperwork comes through or wraps up, situations with co-workers or people we hire hit a peak, health issues or interests climax, we reach some peak with animals or environmental interests, or our organizational projects wrap up. Expect to see such a climax in your own life now and work towards this date if you have an agenda in these matters.
Mercury moves into Pisces on the 17th. The first few days, until the 21st, Mercury is working to pass his shadow of the previous Retrograde so the first few days in the new energy field may be about getting into talks or hearing news and making choices based on what you reviewed between Feb 6-12th. Overall, the rest of this month with Mercury in Pisces means that thoughts turn to those New Moon themes of research, investigations, imagination, artistic projects, spiritual practices, romantic interludes, healing, hospitals, addictions, and development. Your mind may be a bit adrift in the Neptunian sea, a great time to get inspired and download magical ideas but also a time when you can feel a bit lost so watch for days that hold challenging aspects to Mercury and double check facts on these days. Signs and dreams bring more information than ever when Mercury is doing his part between the heavens and earth, pay attention.
On the 20th the Sun moves into Aries and we wake up, come into the body, funnel back through the ego, get our fighting spirit back into play, turn on the passions, and start to motivate by putting ourselves more personally or physically into the mix. This is followed by the NEW MOON on the 30th in the same sign, Aries, and a 2 week window that will open now, taking us into April, and giving us all a powerful surge to move ourselves into new territory or take our own needs to the next level. Although this New Moon gives us all a push forward, it will also bring out the aggressor in others and may bring some issues to the fore that we must muster our warrior energy over and prepare to launch into that mode to protect our interests or deal with changes. What happens today and tomorrow activates the Grand Cross and may set off something that requires all of our resolve to tackle. Protect your financial resources and abode prior to this New Moon.
