Nike Free Run shoes-
Near-barefoot running is all the rage and Oprah turned her audience members on to the trend with four pairs (one for each member of the family) of Nike's version of the shoes. Said to help strengthen your feet and ankles while protecting them from debris and the elements, use these to change up your workout rather than running over to Chef Art Smith's mac-n-cheese-ilicious restaurant. via Oprah.comvia Oprah.comToday, the shrills and near-fainting and heads shaking in disbelief of such good fortune hit a new high when Oprah announced her Ultimate Favorite Things. As the final of such shows in her 25th season, the gifts were pretty great and the audience was more entertaining than ever.

Sure, it's fun to talk about the $550 earrings and overpriced luxe candles that give off just enough scent to make your office smell divinely cucumbery as you might imagine O's downtown Chicago condo to smell on any given Friday morn. But I watched -- yes, from the treadmill, thankyouverymuch -- with delight as some delightfully healthy products made the ginormous giveaway list.

Whether you or Oprah and her entourage (that's me giving a little special wink to Nate Berkus) actually use them or put them to the test for healthy purposes -- well, that's the personal part of this very public display of product placement and big television budgets.

However, if I was on the receiving end of all this fabulousness and favoritism, here's how I'd put these list-toppers to use to feel as powerful as Oprah in my own life. A drum roll and a few tears, please, for the best (and healthiest) of Oprah's Ultimate (and last) favorite things.

Which of these good-for-you goodies do you call dibs on?
