Thanksgiving dinner can actually be made very healthy and still be delicious!-
Turkey is a healthy protein so long as you leave the skin behind and choose mostly white meat instead of dark. The side dishes that you make can be the downfall of the meal if you are using lots of butter, sugar, and heavy cream.
