What about laying some ground, when it comes to your health and fitness on the 8th, 9th and 10th? Maybe if you changed up your routine (by, say, adding regular swimming sessions to your week) you would feel better, overall. It's definitely worth thinking about (and acting on!). On the 15th, Confront a relationship problem head-on. Help someone help you, then thank the heck out of them on the 20th and 21st. They'll be happy to have helped.
