A sweet spread!
A sweet spread!

Cranberry sauce only scratches the surface of what this fruit can do! I recently made cranberry butter for the first time, and my entire family fell in love with it. I've used it on rolls, toast and even a breakfast sandwich! Try it out and see if your breakfast crew is as impressed as mine.

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter - room temperature
1 Tablespoon orange juice
