Latin beauty expert Marco Ochoa was inspired by Carmen Denali, a Twilight saga character played by Argentinean actress Mia Maestro, to create a sexy and modern vampire look. "I chose Carmen as an example, as she has a hint of an olive tone to her fair complexion. Her bold eyes and lips are in trend this season," says Ochoa, who believes this is a look that will work well for those wanting special makeup during the fall and winter season.

Step 1 - Foundation and Contour
Since vampires are known for having a pale, almost chalky complexion, use a base that's at least 2-3 shades lighter than your normal skin tone. Every product you use should leave a matte finish.
Expert Tip: Contouring is a very important step when creating a vampire look. It allows you to accentuate certain features such as temples and cheekbones. It is also very important to build color when contouring; never apply too much at once.

Step 2 - Smoky Eye
Blending the shadows well is key to a flawless smoky eye effect. Make sure to pencil the inner rims of the eyes.
Expert tip: When creating a smoky eye for a vampire look, go for tones such as dark plum, maroon, grey, or black.

VIDEO: Add drama with sexy false eyelashes.

Step 3 - Dark Eyebrows
Brows are very important when creating a vampire look. You can change the expression or character of your vampire simply by the way you choose to define your brows.
Expert tip: Go for a dark brown or raven color when filling in brows.

Step 4 - Dark Lips
Burgundy, plum, and berry color stains are all in for this season. Pick any of these when trying to go for that ark vampy look.
