This month I found fabulous products for Latinas, including a flat iron tailored for thick and unruly hair, Eva Longoria's new seductive fragrance, high-quality brushes that are affordable, Halloween-inspired nail polishes, a color-packed eyeshadow palette and super moisturizing lipsticks. Don't miss the video below!

A flat iron made for Latinas
I don't know about you, but my hair reacts to humidity as soon as I walk out the door. In order to combat the elements and put my unruly thick hair into submission, I found Sultra's new The Diva Pressing Iron. This flat iron is designed for frizzy and thick hair, the kind many of us Latinas have to battle against. The plates on this iron are curved and really press down your hair for sleek and straight results that last even in the most humid of climates. The iron has two temperature settings- one for natural hair, another for relaxed hair- to provide the precise heat that's right for your type of hair. I also love the fact that it comes with a silicone iron mat for when you want to put the iron down while in use. The Diva set also includes it's own special pressing creme which works in unison with the iron for best results.

Eva Longoria's seductive fragrance

Feminine and sweet scents are what I gravitate towards most often, and EVAmour captures exactly what I like to smell like. The top notes are red apple, red currant and bergamot, with base notes of musk and vanilla orchid. It's a very sensual and sultry fragrance, great for going out at night. While it's still a feminine and fruity scent, it makes a bold statement. I definitely feel more sexy and confident wearing it.

Halloween-inspired nail polishes
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays of the year, especially because you can break out all the fun and dark nail polishes you own. China Glaze recently came out with their Wicked Collection which features spooky nail polishes inspired by Halloween. The nail polish I've been sporting lately is Bizarre Blurple, a fun blue-purple that almost looks black in low light. Another polish I'm loving is Make a Spectacle, a hexagonal and micro glitter polish that reminds me of how fall leaves shine gold, green and orange when hit by sunlight. Cast a Spell is another favorite of mine, also perfect for Halloween. It has a black base with a greenish-gold shimmer that looks positively spooky!

Super soft and affordable brushes
I'm a makeup brush junkie, so I know what a good brush should look and feel like. Of course, we all know how expensive buying makeup brushes can be. Well, with Real Techniques you don't have to sacrifice quality for affordability. The taklon bristles are ultra soft and made out of synthetic and cruelty-free fibers. What's awesome about synthetic brushes is that the bristles can work with both dry and wet products, making them truly versatile. For a complete set of brushes, try the Core Colelction which has all the brushes you'll need for your face, and the Starter Set for all the brushes you'll need for eyes and brows.

A colorful eyeshadow palette
I love bright colored eye shadows, so when I saw Urban Decay's new Vice Palette, I just knew I had to have it! The shadows in this palette are richly pigmented and blend seamlessly. The palette actually features 20 new and exclusive shades, from bright pinks and blues, to subtle browns and creams, in a full range of mattes, shimmers, and glitters. The double sided brush included on the palette is also very soft and works great with the shadows. The design of the overall palette is sleek and girly, a beautiful addition to your vanity.

Moisturizing lipsticks
The best moisturizing lipsticks I have ever used, hands down, is BY TERRY'S line of Rouge Terrybly. The formula includes anti-aging and lip plumping ingredients, which instantly perk up your lips. The lipsticks glide on super easy and add lasting moisture, as well as rich pigment. My favorite nude color for Latinas is Rouge Terrybly in Guilty Nude, which has peach undertones that go great with olive complexions. Red Ceremony is also is great dark red color for fall. The packaging is also very sleek and features a magnetized cap that snaps closed as soon as it nears the base.
