Looks to me like a cushion- or radiant-cut diamond, around 2.5 or 3 carats, with baguette side stones. Sort of like a less-chunky version of Kate Hudson's engagement ring from Matthew Bellamy, although her center stones is emerald cut, I think.

I kind of want to have a third baby now, just so I can name him (or her) Ricky Van Veen. It's my new favorite name.
