I just started a new job and don't have a lot of vacation time saved up for a honeymoon. What do I do?

This happens to a lot of couples in the vacation-day starved USA. Look into taking a "mini-moon" (a two-three day trip) Sunday through Tuesday at a local hotel or inn where you can just chill and catch up on sleep. Or, hop over to a city that's no more than two-three hours by plane-someplace cool and couples-friendly (with regular airlift) that you've always wanted to visit. For example, Las Vegas works for West Coasters; Austin is great if you're from the Midwest; Charleston and New Orleans are perfect if you're from the East Coast or South. And look at the bright side: You'll already know to set aside five-plus days for a longer honeymoon next year and you'll have extra time to save for it.
