Excuse us for a minute while we get very excited: Recently engaged style star (and one of our favorite MTV reality alums) Whitney Port just shared some new wedding planning details!

While at a Mindy Weiss-designed luncheon celebrating her recent engagement and wedding stationery collaboration with Wedding Paper Divas (where the Instagram snap, above, was taken), Port spoke to E! News about her pending nuptials. She unveiled that she's planning to host an outdoor destination wedding, complete with 150-200 guests, at the end of this year.

"I'm pretty sure we know where we're getting married, so the location kind of speaks for itself in terms of what kind of vibe it lends itself to," she told the entertainment news network. "I just have so many different ideas so I haven't quite pinned it all down yet."

Lucky for Port, her sister, Ashley, is a wedding planner. "I have so many ideas! I want to do everything, but not everything works together so it's my sister's job to make my mismosh something cohesive," she said.

We're guessing her destination location of choice is a tropical one (she is a California girl, after all), and will have a casual-chic vibe. "It's just important for me that it's sunny and everyone can just be casual, without it being underdressed," Port said. "I want everyone to be dressed up and have fun with it, but I'm not the kind of bride that's going to enforce black tie all the way."

Not surprisingly, the reality-star-turned-clothing-designer will be designing her own wedding dress, which, she says, "will just be a mix of everything, but something comfortable. I don't want a princess-y, cupcake-y gown; I'm more of a silk and laces type of girl... definitely not so much sparkle!"

But beyond the exciting wedding details, the best part of her interview with E! was the fact that she finally addressed former Hills co-star Lauren Conrad's engagement.

"We touched base when we both got engaged, just to share how exciting it is! It was crazy that it was around the same time," she said. (Oh, to be a fly on that wall...) We'll still hold on to the hope that they'll act as each other's bridesmaids, but even if they don't, we know that Whitney Port's wedding to Tim Rosenman will be nothing short of stunning.
