Justin Bartha's character Doug from The Hangover had the worst luck leading up to his wedding, but Bartha's real-life nuptials sound like they went off without a hitch (pun intended).

Bartha and his fiancée, trainer Lia Smith, married in Hawaii on Saturday in front of some all-star wedding guests. Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth (who is Bartha's agent) attended the destination wedding, as did The Social Network actor Jesse Eisenberg and Bartha's Hangover co-star Ken Jeong.

The newlyweds said "I do" at an outdoor wedding ceremony that reportedly took place at a historic fishing pond with an altar made of sticks. Their vows were followed by a reception at a nearby ranch.

Sources spilled some more specific details to Us Weekly. "Lia wore a white wedding dress with thin spaghetti straps and jeweled sandals," an eyewitness told the magazine, adding that, "Justin wore a dark colored suit and burgundy socks. They were sweet together and looked very in love. He was holding her bouquet for her and walked with his arm around her after the vows. She had a big smile on her face and nuzzled her face up to his neck. Their family and friends seemed so happy for them and had an incredible time hanging out in Hawaii leading up to the wedding. It was a destination wedding for all."

It sounds like they did their getaway nuptials the right way: A convivial atmosphere for friends and family, a drop-dead gorgeous location, and lots of love to go around. If Bartha did have a bachelor party, we're guessing it wasn't in Vegas, and we're almost positive it didn't go down the way it did in his hilarious movie. Dare we say we wish we'd been there?

Regardless, we're very happy for them! The couple got engaged in May 2013 during a vacation at Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, Calif., a perennially popular celebrity wedding location.

The actor proposed with an engagement ring that is "just unbelievable," a source told Us at the time. "They are an amazing couple" and "so gorgeous together."

Congratulations to the happy couple!
