These strong and sexy Hollywood women have nothing to hide when it comes to their bedside manner.
Cameron Diaz said this week that she credits her youthful good looks to having heaps and heaps of sex. "The fountain of youth [for me], let's see ... I guess it's exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex-yes, sex, we need that as human beings. It's healthy, it's natural, it's what we are here to do!" Cam told Vogue UK.
Demi Moore has also said that the fact that she looks like she is in her thirties at age 48 is due to many sessions dancing the horizontal tango with husband Ashton Kutcher, 32.
"I would say that a lot of sex helps," the 47-year-old star divulged about her glowy youthful look. "It's the endorphins! But there's more than that, it's also sharing a quality life with someone. I know I have someone who loves me for who I am and who I'm not. He loves me for my imperfections, and that makes me feel so happy."
Sexologist Amy Levine says these women don't just have their head in the clouds (or between the sheets for that matter). There are real positive side effects to have a lot of sex.
"Yes, sex can keep you feeling young. It's also ofter referred to as 'use it or lose it'," Levine says. "And it can make you feel happier. If you are expressing yourself in healthy ways meaning that you feel good about your partner and what you're doing with them. And, yes the process of releasing tension in the body through and during orgasm can make a person feel less stressed."
Jada Pinkett Smith, wife of Will Smith is all about those stress busters. She's always trying to sneak off to get in a quickie with her hubby.
"Be sneaky…your girlfriend's house at a party. The bathroom. A bedroom. Think of places outside that are comfortable to have sex. Does he have access to his office? Have a fantasy date. Be his secretary (and do) anything it takes to keep the flame alive," Jada told Redbook magazine.
Avatar actress Zoe Saldana says sex is what keeps her going.

Megan Fox agrees. She loves having sex and talking about sex and damn the folks who would cut her down for it!
