How Many Sexual Partners is Too Many?

In the upcoming romantic comedy What's Your Number?, funny girl Anna Faris plays Ally, who is told by her girlfriends that women who exceed twenty sexual partners will never find a husband. Distraught, Ally decides to revisit her twenty lovers in hopes of finding "the one" among her old flings. While the movie promises to be a bawdy flick, full of comedic greats like Andy Samberg and Joel McHale, the storyline begs more serious questions: Does the number of people you've slept with matter? Why do women attach so much importance to the number of sexual experiences they've had?

Given the longstanding double standard when it comes to sex-counts (men get more high-fives the higher the number and women get judged basically either way), some women hide their number or use the good ol' divide-by-two-and-subtract-by-four formula. We're curious: do you care about the number of sexual partners you've had? How many is too many in your eyes?
