Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are officially engaged, confirms People. The long-anticipated news comes just days after reports that Aniston's ex, Brad Pitt, was set to tie the knot with fiance Angelina Jolie at their chateau in France.

Aniston and Theroux, who both starred in the 2012 comedy Wanderlust, began dating 15 months ago. Over the course of their courtship, the duo moved in together, adopted a rescue dog, and even began dressing alike in signature leather jackets, dark sunglasses and boots. Aniston was even spotted wearing a shiny sparkling object on her ring finger back in March 2012, but as it turned out, the bauble was not that kind of ring.

While the pair have entertained the press with an occasional photo, they are notoriously tight-lipped about their romance.
